Warranty and Terms – CleanRF Systems, LLC

1. Limited Warranty

All CleanRF Systems, LLC ("CleanRF Systems") products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defective components, beginning on the original date of purchase.

If the unit is sold, the warranty transfers to the new owner as long as the original date of purchase can be verified by a receipt or proof of payment. Any damages or remedies under this warranty will not exceed the cost of the original product purchased.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, carelessness, improper storage, or damage resulting from noncompliance with all published notes, specifications, terms, or warnings.
  • Defects caused by alteration or modification (including improper or unauthorized repair).
  • Damage resulting from accidents, "Acts of God," or other contingencies beyond the control of CleanRF Systems, LLC.

Any warranty granted by CleanRF Systems is void if any goods covered by such warranty are used for any purpose not permitted under the Limitation on Use section below.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

CLEANRF SYSTEMS PRODUCTS ARE NOT FAULT-TOLERANT AND ARE NOT DESIGNED OR INTENDED FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE PERFORMANCE, SUCH AS (WITHOUT LIMITATION) THE OPERATION OF MILITARY OR NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AVIATION, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL, HOSPITALS, LIFE-SUPPORT SYSTEMS, OR ANY OTHER APPLICATION IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT COULD LEAD DIRECTLY TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGE (COLLECTIVELY, "HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES").

CLEANRF SYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES.

7. Survival

THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, LIMITATIONS ON USE, AND HIGH-RISK DISCLAIMERS SHALL BE ENFORCEABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF ANY AGREEMENT OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND CLEANRF SYSTEMS, LLC.
